Over the past months, TIG has recently taken on three new prestigious developments: West Fork, the Estates of Baker Lane and Pueblo Viejo. Each one is distinctly unique from the other yet they all offer a finer approach to living.

West Fork is located right in the outskirts of the Woodlands. The first phase of the West Fork Master Plan is to build 84 luxury residences, the second step will be composed of 112 Mediterranean villas and the third will be the development of The West Fork Town Center. West Fork is conveniently located right next to Lake Conroe which allows its residents to enjoy a beautiful escape from reality only minutes away. Located on Highway 105 and five minutes away from I-45, West Fork is minutes away from the Woodlands offering its residents the advantage of the natural refuge located next to a community full of diversity.
