TIG Attends Special Olympics


TIG was one of the privileged guests attending the prestigious Winter Special Olympics in Idaho in February. Nearly 3,000 athletes participated in the winter games, representing more than 100 countries.

Max Jones, honorary board member of the Special Olympics and managing partner of TIG attended the winter games accompanied by managing partner Oscar Acosta; director of sales, Steve Hartstein; and TIG’s lawyer, Phil Nugent. Acosta said he was honored to attend such a spectacular event. He added that from the grand opening with Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger to all the special games, each one was uniquely and effectively delivered to the audience resulting in tremendous success.Other renowned guests at the Olympics were Mariel Hemingway, Maria Shriver, Kirk Grogan, Vanessa Williams, Picabo Street, Ray and Stephanie Lane, Tom Shriver and Linda Potter, First Lady Lori Otter, Andrew Robertson, Muhtar and Defne Kent, Scott and Tracie Hamilton, Sam and Peggy Grossman, Jim and Pirie Grossman, Chip and Sandra Fisher and many others.
